ORDERS
We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal.
Full payment is due before any order is processed.
All fine jewelry orders placed Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1-2 business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on upcoming Monday.
Please note that once order has being placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is free of charge with Hermes and Deutsche Post shipping.
We ship internationaly via DHL with an additional fee.
HER. fine jewelry is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and HER. fine jewelry is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may aries when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGED POLICY
At this time, all the sales of HER. fine jewelry are final. Due to finality of your purchase, please note the mesurments and scale of all products before making a purchase. We are here to help and will be more than happy to assist you through everything before making a purchase. In the event of manufacturing defect or if you received a product in error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
